1. Raw water pump-- provide the pressure to quartz sand filter/active carbon filter.
2. Multi-medium filter--get rid of turbidity, suspended matter, organic matter, colloid, ect.
3. Active Carbon filter--Remove the color, free chloride, organic matter, harmful matter, ect.
4. Softener--exchange "ions" of calcium and magnesium with the most common and easiest method.
5. Micron filter--prevent large particles, bacteria, viruses into RO membrane, accuracy is 5um.
6. High pressure pump--Provide the high pressure to RO membrane ro.
7.RO system-- main part of the plant. The RO membrane's desalting rate can reach 99%, removing over 99% ions.

Q1: What is a hemodialysis water treatment system?
A: A hemodialysis water treatment system is a specialized water purification system that produces ultrapure water for dialysis treatment. It typically includes pre-filtration, reverse osmosis (RO), ensure water meets AAMI and ISO 13959 standards.
Q2: Why is ultrapure water important for dialysis?
A: During hemodialysis, patients’ blood directly contacts the dialysis water through the dialyzer. If the water is not pure, bacteria, endotoxins, and chemicals can enter the patient’s bloodstream. A hemodialysis water treatment system ensures water is safe and compliant with medical standards.
Q3: What capacity is suitable for a dialysis center?
A: The choice depends on the number of dialysis machines and daily patient volume. For medium-sized clinics, a 1200 LPH hemodialysis water treatment system can provide stable ultrapure water for multiple dialysis stations.
Q4: Does the system meet international standards?
A: Yes, our hemodialysis water treatment systems are designed according to AAMI, ISO 13959, and European Pharmacopoeia requirements, ensuring consistent and safe water quality.
Q5: What maintenance is required?
A: Regular replacement of filters, RO membranes, and periodic system disinfection are essential. Our hemodialysis water treatment system comes with an automatic control and alarm function to simplify maintenance.
Q6: Can the system be customized?
A: Yes, we can design customized hemodialysis water treatment systems according to local water quality, hospital requirements, and international standards.
